Qualifications: · A minimum of 2 years of experience working at a law firm · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Strong administrative background with heavy client contact · Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality · Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with client, while maintaining confidentiality · Must work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to meet strict deadlines · Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, such as Word and Outlook · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Job Responsibilities · Assist attorneys and legal team with day-to-day activities · Order client medical records · Keep paperwork and digital documents organized and properly filed · Record/monitor court appearance dates, pleadings, and filing requirements · Handle client calls and other correspondence · Draft form legal documents, correspondence and other materials requiring knowledge of legal terminology and document formats
